Hello!

I am curious,how do you think Ottos would look like? Can you draw one?

To be honest I can't think of any specie of a reptile that they could be based on 😔✌️

Sorry for the late reply, I really love your art-

It took quite a bit of searching, but I found this species of lizard that I feel has a scale pattern similar to that of Ottos. Based on my research: These reptiles are collared lizards (*Crotaphytus collaris*), known for their vibrant colors and their ability to run on their hind legs; they tend to hide among the rocks.

It's true that they don't look exactly the same, and I took quite a few creative liberties with this one, but I liked the result. (There's no way to squash their faces, so I gave them longer necks)

(Happy to post something after months; I lost my motivation for various reasons, but now I have more ideas I want to upload)

Ok here it is! It’s a messy sketch but I just wanted to practice drawing the way he was built

The most important scars:

1. The one going across his nose and slightly down his neck is in reference to episode 1 of season 1 where Revvit says “you’ve got quite the dent up here!” while tapping the top of Ty’s nose/head

2. The lightning scars going up his arm(s) is from episode 13 season 2 from when he decided to try and knock over a lightning rod in a thunderstorm and ended up getting electrocuted/shocked by it (I didn’t have to give them these but I thought they looked cool)

3. The massive gashes and scratches on his right arm and the other two scars on his face/neck are from the final battle of Supercharged against D-Structs. My thought process with that is if you were being grabbed by a giant metal claw like that constantly, there’s no way you’d make it out without some major injuries

The other scrapes and scars across his body are just smaller injuries he’s picked up throughout the show considering how many fights he’s gotten into with D-Structs and the other less reoccurring villains

He’s probably got more scars and stuff on his back as well, but I drew this at like 11pm at night last night and was too lazy to do multiple angles so it’s just this one

I honestly think he needs more scars but ehhhh idk yet

so..I did kind of an upper torso (?) study of Ty just to get a sense of how many scars he has/would have and to practice drawing more muscular characters since that’s something I struggle with. Would anyone wanna see that?? I’ll post it here but I just wanna know
