Plans

Now I have so many plans in my life and I guess you too. I guess part of the mid-twenties age has this so-called life decision moment. It means we wanted this and that, but we ended up like this. So we tend to draw our attention to some useless running out of nowhere. Life is like that. We don’t know how to get there but once we start moving we don’t know we're getting there already. But I tell you sometimes we tend to be procrastinators. Yes we have plans and yes we want to achieve something in life but what are you doing and what am I doing? Instead, you go and try you ended up sleeping all day and eating (yes eating!).

So how to end up something you can’t imagine? Here are 10 things to remember:

1. Pushing yourself to the unknown.

2. Learning to adapt things you can’t change.

3. Start planning by listing.

4. Remove unnecessary things which have no sense on your lists.

5. Be positive that you can do it.

6. Start moving one step at a time. If you can’t do all then give it a time.

7. Move on if the thing won't do you any good.

8. Have some inspiration (the internet is your best friend)

9. Be open-minded in everything.

10. Pray and meditate.

Remember to stay focus on it and yes things do not happen overnight. It happens years of trying and years of doing.

One Year.

One year guys. Its been a year since I step into this country, feeling scared and everything. Wow. Super fast isn’t it? I survived a year of mess, stress, hard work, patience, fear and most especially loving myself. Its too hard growing up being away with your family and being comfortable of what you call home. A year ago, I decided to take a leap of faith and step into this country. At first were just going to visit my sister that includes my mother and boyfriend and it ended up me staying here and decided to find a job. Being independent is hard, you have to do stuffs beyond what you can bear. Also, there are pros and cons of living life independently like being alone is sometimes fun and sometimes not (yaa know what I mean). I’m still young at my age but I don’t know why I decided to be here and to be away from my family. I was thinking maybe if I do it now then I wouldn’t regret it later. So after our vacation in this country (Singapore). I decided to stay and find job and my sister was here already for four years, so she helped me look for a job and a home to stay. Gladly I was the luckiest person on earth that time for I was able to find job for almost two weeks and got to stay in a nice home with nicest people on earth. So yes I grabbed the opportunity and here I am, working hard to achieve something. Yahoo lala. Time to celebrate!

Ey. Look at me wearing this eyeglasses. Before I only wear them when I’m at the office or during work/meeting/orientation stuff where I need backup. Now even at home I have to wear them because my head hurts when I don’t. Guuuu. I don’t like glasses but might I post GIF file because I like it moving and it’s awesome.

Archive

Clicked the word “Archive” today and found out long time posts and my not so boring self before. I guess as the world evolves and changes and so am I too. Not that I am super boring now. I’m just lazy with everything social media. I don’t want to rely on this anymore. Just wanted to share that how amazing the world can be without these kinds of stuff. Yes yes, you don’t get me but you will eventually. But really my heart melt seeing those wonderful years I started Tumblr. Ahh~ what a great memory. Of course now is epic also. Okay bye just wanted to say Hi!

Is Life All There Is?

A self-centered world. No matter how beautiful it is it you will stay there as long as you don’t move and get out to the unknown.

We humans are trying to be busy of what was given to us even though we don’t like it because we don’t need to do more and sacrifice ourselves to the unsure. As you can see most of the people are chasing the wrong things because we are mainly fine with it and if we follow our instincts then maybe we can’t be sure where life may take us and we fear of losing rather than regrets. I agree to that because it also happened to me. We don’t understand why and suddenly we do what we don’t like, but that’s how life works for most of us. We seem to asked ourselves why we choose this path and why we have poor decisions.

Well, it’s not everyone’s fault why we settle to the wrong or shall I say different things in life. We're only human and God created beings. He used us to understand things and if were shifted or not then it is because of His divine plan into our lives. We seem not to like it or understand all of which but His plan are for our greater salvation and preparation for the eternity to come and thus Forever with Him. All we have to do is wait and be patient with what you are given. Sometimes we need to take a leap and sometimes our calling is to stay there in the middle of our world. It doesn’t stop there. We have to pray and understand all of this and by this we know why we are here.

Don’t fool yourselves into thinking that God isn’t working in you. He's always there and in time He will complete you. You just have to wait and prepare for the unknown. Be strong and hope for the best. Lastly, pray for everything that you will be strengthened and renewed every day. 

And no. Life is not all there is. Life is all about our joy amidst sorrows and pain when we know God is with us. So even if you're not fine its okay not to be sometimes. Life is at work and if it isn’t then you’re not here reading this.

We really didn’t have enough money, enough people, or enough time for our road trip. I almost called it off when I originally started planning it. But there will never be a good time to travel the country for four weeks, just like there will never be a good time to quit your job, read that book, or join a gym. You will probably never have enough money, time, connections, willpower, whatever—to feel ready to make a dream happen. And this is the lesson I learned: eventually you have to stop giving yourself excuses and make the jump.

OSLOB CEBU, PH

What a day to remember. We swam with Whale Sharks just like two weeks ago! Couldn’t be more excited for my next adventures!!!

It’s no wonder why I love Cebu so much and glad that I’m born a Cebuano and yes you’re talking about the Queen City of the South, why? Even though it’s a small town it's a place where you can have so many go-to places, food stops, beaches and adventures just like in Oslob, south side of Cebu where you have to engage/swim with Whale Sharks and even took a selfie or not or whatever you want your photo taken. The number of whale sharks is about 15 I guess. So if you want to visit The Philippines try my hometown Cebu and you would never regret it. 

The day we went there the weather was not nice and a bit gloomy that's why the water is also shallow-ish. Philippines is experiencing low pressure at that time but thank goodness for no rain (woohoo!). We started going there at 4am for I read/searched some reviews and blogs which said that the best way to see them is early in the morning which is probably (7:00 - 9:00 am) and not in the afternoon. Also, I heard feeding stops in the afternoon. So get off with your morning moods if you want to experience them. Getting there is a 3-hour ride though so you have to be prepared for butt-aches and get your music on, prepare for long conversations and snacks so you won’t be cranky (a bit easy huh?). 

I was being scared first time I go down the water and even wore a life jacket to save me from drowning if ever a whale shark approaches me just like my brothers girlfriend (in the picture) who were with us also when we see those big whales (I envy her being so near with the creature). I’m with my family and boyfriend and we decided to all swim except my mother. 

Then pose pose pose after enjoying the water and if you pay for an underwater camera you can get a package of it and the boatman as your photographer and that costs Php500 (no sweat isn’t it?).

Whale Sharks are great, wonderful and very nice creatures aside from being a giant big fish. They have no teeth that's why it did not bother me to swim after moments later for I know that they won’t swallow/bite/eat me.

CEBU, PH (1)

So excited to be back home without anyone’s idea hence surprise because I got a ticket which was not so expensive. So I successfully surprised everyone that includes my family and friends.

My flight going Cebu, PH was delayed for 30 mins. Well, it's okay I can manage that since I finally subscribe to Spotify Premium (best decision ever - woohoo!) so I have music with me everywhere which keeps me going. 

Wow, Cebu! First time to be back after 10 long months away. I miss everything that includes my family, loved one, dogs, turtles (my mini friends), college friends and the City itself. When I arrived my love (my boyfriend) just handed me bouquet of flowers (I wasn’t surprised because I requested - Haha but I was touched) then after we ate breakfast and I feel so scared when I’m outside the car, I just don’t know why maybe I’m not used to the fact that my country was not super safe unlike Singapore (we can make a change though but I don’t wanna talk about politics here). 

Only this guy knows everything. My <3.

See we even passed by “Bai Hotel”, the last construction site assigned to me by my previous company in Cebu. I miss  those times and the people here. Gosh time flies so fast. The weather is gloomy and everything is changing. 

Then we head back home after going around the City. Oh, wait! Before heading home we ate our lunch outside and by that I mean the streets where you can find the famous so-called “pungko-pungko” where you have to eat using your bare hands and yes I requested “ginabot” because I was craving for this one ever since, but I don’t know which part of the pig’s insides is this. Anyone?

Then so excited to be home finally ahh I terribly miss home. (crying in the corner now because I have to go back to reality). 

Oh, Cebu I just love you and all the view.

Finally back to tumblr-ing after ages and gone for a year I think. Woot. So glad to revive everything else and my writing. Yes, I was so itching to be back at writing and I don’t even own a journal (funny isn’t it?) so ill just have my tumblr to back me up. Just want to write and share.
