Persephone Hades AU with Dinluke

Luke is Persephone because sunshine child and hes also really powerful and Din is Hades because Mand’alor and he controls death watch (lmao get it). PLUS theres that whole thing about Hades drawing the short straw between him Poseidon and Zeus in lands to rule and like Mand’alor the reluctant come on its perfect

Idk about Grogu though maybe he’s a lost soul that Din adopted and wouldn’t let go who really wants his dad to not be lonely anymore

I’ve got a great idea.

Maybe Grogu is the child of an unknown Titan? And since like 95% of the Titans are locked away in Tartarus, Din can’t exactly just return the child there. That’s a prison. Regardless of parentage, Grogu didn’t commit any crimes to deserve hell prison.

Unfortunately, Din worries the other Olympians wont not be so understanding. His fellow gods fear and loathe the Titans, and he can’t say with certainty they wouldn’t condemn a child to such a fate based solely on precaution.

Fuck that.

So Din takes takes Grogu as his own, and keeps his origins secret. That’s why Din is so protective over his son. Grogu, for his part, is just happy he has such a cool dad, but worries Din is maybe lonely?

I theorize Cara (or somebody) chatting with someone, mentioning that Din was too stressed lately, and jokingly suggesting finding him a ‘play date’ (def an innuendo for you-know-what but Grogu was sitting on her lap) and Grogu takes the suggestion very seriously, and one self-imposed mission later, kick starts the above images.

Someone please write this.

Okay. Now I’m thinking of like an 8 foot tall baby grogu. But he’s still Din’s little baby okay?! I just think Titans can change their sizes but being a toddler makes that hard to control. So, sometimes when he forgets, Grogu will jump over to Din in his giant form - willing his father to carry him. And ofc, Din does his best carrying his 400 pound baby much to the amusement of his subjects. Terrifying Hades who? (｡-﹏-｡ )

(But ofc, as a god it might come with supernatural strength. So just imagine souls being seeing their ruler with a very intimidating aura but holding a giant toddler with one hand.)
