I have decided to stop trying. I'm not working out anymore, or eating better, or keeping track of how much water I drink, or washing my face, brushing my teeth, taking care of my hair, or dressing up. I'm also not applying to anymore jobs. It doesn't matter if I hate mine, so what. I should be happy that I have a job with good insurance and unlimited vacation days. I'm not pursuing my dreams.
