I respect people who dont want to interact with tally hall anymore due to the joe stuff but its important to remember, tally hall isnt JUST joe. There are 4/5 (if you count bora) other men who have little to no controversy who do not support joe in any way. So do not full guilty for liking tally hall. Also NO ONE should be interacting with joe hawley nor should anybody be bombarding the other members about this situation. Joe is ill and dangerous. He is not the same man he was in 2004-2011. You do not know joe hawley. You cannot help him.

i sincerely hope this person is okay. it's such an awful thing to experience, especially from someone you loved. they deserve better.

one more thing:

please, and i can't stress this enough, don't harass anyone. not Joe, and ESPECIALLY not the victim! if you were to say anything, send a kind word, be nice, say something positive. don't be an asshole. as for Joe, don't even think about it. don't interact with him at all.

I would like to emphasize one specific statement though.

I can't count the number of times we as a community have repeatedly told ourselves to NOT talk to him, & it still seems like every single time SOMEONE slips through. (No hate or harassment to the victim in this situation though, they were likely just blinded by the feeling of being acknowledged by Joe, & I don't blame them)

Please. For the love of God. If you didn't take the last incident seriously, let THIS ONE be your final warning.

Joe is not your friend. You do not know him. You most likely will NEVER know him. So please spare yourself the hurt, & stop giving him the leverage he needs to spout the misinformation & insanities he has warped his mind into believing.

the thing i'm a bit disappointed about is that the commenters are just either trying to strike up a conversation with Joe (dawg he does NOT care) or they're like "omg so cool, heart emoji!!!"

like i get the drama and stuff but he's not a child! we need to be ignoring this, as i am, or if you're commenting, hold him accountable while not chastising or harassing him!! that's how informing people about AI works!! i'd expect someone in the arts industry for as long as he's been to at least not interact or engage with AI, but i guess not. and if the cover art they used is AI, the music itself might be AI. this is just making me disappointed at this point.
