cmon man. give me some variety. there are so much. the entire THING with villagers is their diversity. you do not need the same popular villagers when there is SO much you can do
the thing about del is that he has such a cool motif. heâs based off one of those old battleships. his name, del, is likely a shortening of delaware, the name of a few US battleships. similar with his japanese name, yamato, which is a battleship. (unfortunately a lot of regions glossed over this and namedd him something crocodile related.)
his happy home prompts tell us he wants to be / feel like a sailor. del is overall interesting! i wonder what little tidbits of lore nintendoâs gonna give us!
