Itâs all well and good if the CCOD finale wasnât your thing but also I feel we are all forgetting something: this season was directly inspired by WWDITS. Ya know, the show that brought us âI drank the blood of some people and the people were on drugs and now I am a wizard.â? The one that had some good throughline emotional beats but was mostly Bit fuckin City? I mean Zacâs character was based on Zoolander!! Murph was a vampire who thinks heâs some sort of Batman!! THERE WAS A GHOUL HORSE NAMED GHORSE. Batchild swallowed a missile in the first episode! They wrote off multiple shit shows as âBanksyâsâ!! If you wanted a serious season and got a silly one I get it. But you canât pretend this was ever all that serious outside of Brennanâs signature capitalism and fascism sucks tropes. You canât criticize something on criteria it never met (or really even intended to meet) in the first place.

seen many many posts ab ppl wanting to have an emmett in their lives and those posts are RIGHT and CORRECT and TRUE. bc hes objectively a dreamy guy !!! Like hes sweet and dorky and supportive and devoted and smartâHUBBA HUBBA. It kinda comes off as wish fulfillment for elle right ???? But I think elle is also underratedly wish fulfillment for emmett too bc like. Ok imagine ur a poor gifted kid whos spent ur entire life hustling urself to the bone to get even an inch of the recognition that so many of the rich preppy kids around u get simply by breathing. U live on redbull and ramen and 3-in-1 body wash/shampoo/conditioner and convince urself that itâs worth it bc one day, in the distant distant future, uâll finally be able to support urself and buy ur mom that nice house and just fucking relaxxxxx for once in ur life. AND THEN. u meet a beautiful, vibrant, deeply passionate, wildly inspirational, and lowkey off her rocker rich woman who picks YOU to be her personal tutor and secret-handshake friend simply bc she freaks w/ ur vibe. she lets u stay in her fancy dorm, calls u adorable and sweet and hot, shows u off to her friends, buys u nice clothes and perfumes!!! Like⊠guys. Thatâs literally the plot of 50 shades of grey đđđ and yet emmett is also such a catch that it feels earned !!! emmett forrest and elle woods u lucky lucky bastards if ur ever looking for a third CALL MEEEEEEEEEEEE

i loved the ccod finale.. the whole season has been silly and goofy and iâm not mad at all about how it ended. itâs a sandbox season in a game system that d20 hasnât used before so its gonna be different and not everyoneâs thing when it goes off the rails.

i completely understand the hype for ivĂĄn's hidgens.
he really makes him feel like a new character. he's actually noticeably an old man. he has back pain. he has a mild case of mr monopoly energy and a more severe case of doc brown energy. the way he played with his voice throughout the show was amazing, i never quite knew what the next line was going to sound like. AND HIS DANCING? AMAZING.
god i am BEGGING starkid to do some kind of official recording of him as hidgens because i would hate for this to get lost to time because he was fantastic. could be recency bias but probably my favourite hidgens now. at least a close second to jeff's.
