would you look at that? it looks like JACK FALAHEE was finally brought in. oh, no that’s just  BALTHAZAR BECKETT  who is  29  and is rumored to be a member of  THE ORDER . word on the block is that they’re in for  HUMAN TRAFFICKING, DRUG TRAFFICKING, DRUG POSSESSION . rough, right? might want to avoid them if they really are  LOYAL, AMBITIOUS  and that’s on a good day. on a bad they’re said to be  TWO FACED, COCKY.

honestly, I am still figuring this little shit out but here is something i know for him:

his father died when he was young, causing his brother to join the order to help support him and his mother

when he was old enough balthazar joined the oder to follow his brother’s footsteps wanting to help support his mother too 

they didn’t grow up in the best part of chicago and never had much money 

even when he raised the ranks of the order he didn’t have much money 

it was never his dream work, but he was good at it and it brought in enough money which was the main goal. 

he got caught with drug possession but it was when he got arrested the other charges came into light. 

he has been in alcatraz for almost a year now, serving what he hopes isnt a life time sentence

Archer flicks the finger away from his head. He glares at the other male while still looking at him sideways. He had been sitting against the wall of the common room. He was on the floor and didn’t feel like sitting at one of the tables. Archer was having trouble adjusting to his new life behind bars. All he could think about was how stupid he was to end up there. Of course he wouldn’t tell the other that. “Leave me alone, Balt. I’m not in the mood to be bothered, okay?” He didn’t really understand why the man sat next to him, but he knew he probably wanted something. “What do you want?”

“Who said I wanted something?” Balthazar said with a knowing smirk on his face. Though to be honest that was his common setting most of the time here. Letting it all get to his head. “Honestly I just wanted to talk. So let’s talk shall we.” It was true for once, while maybe one day he would have other motives, today he just wanted to talk. “Nice weather we are having, yes?”

“Sooo,” Balthazar said sliding down next to Archer with a smile on his face. Though the smile was more of a smirk which was common for The Order member. It was always like he had something up his sleeve and perhaps he did. “What’s going on in that pretty little head of yours, Arch.” He said tapping on the other’s head with a chuckle. “You look lost in thought.”

Balthazar was prickly and difficult to deal with, but not someone Jung couldn’t handle. “My upbringing wasn’t traumatic or especially difficult, Balthazar, but we’re not here to discuss me,” he says calmly, trying to get their session back on track just as quickly as it began. “But it’s common for those who suffer from certain trauma to project theirs onto others… what about your upbringing? It’s been a while since we discussed your parents. Care to remind me what yours are like?”

The younger man rolled his eyes at the doctor but continued to stay comfortable in his chair. Feet up on the man’s desk and arms behind his head. “Dad died, mom worked.” It was true. After his father died, his mother picked up extra shifts leaving him and his brother alone. Because of this, his older brother joined The Order and Balthazar soon after in hopes to help their mother so she didn’t have to work as much. “So normal parents. You?”

he’d done his rounds around the prison - checking to make sure everyone was staying in line, prisoners and staff included.  he did his rounds a few times a day, intimidating everyone that he could - knowing his size and his power struck fear in most. of course there were some people that talked back, but zeppelin would just smirk and of course punish them as he saw fit. it was his prison after all.

he’d just settled down on his couch in his office - just about to pour himself a drink when there was a knock on the door. “it’s open,” he calls out, his tone gruff and he can’t help but hope that whoever it is, is quick because he really doesn’t feel like dealing with them.

Balthazar smiled the most charming smile he could when he walked into the warden’s office. “Hey there,” his voice was confident but friendly and he moved to sit at the seat next to the couch as if he was making himself comfortable until he got what he wanted. Which he was. The Order member wasn’t going to go anywhere until he got a ‘yes.’ “So commissary work is boring,” he was never one to beat around the bush after all. “I think it’s time for a change and honestly the chef here sucks.” Leaning forward he smirked. “Let me be the new chef.”

The sun shined down particularly hard on that Thursday afternoon. The recreation yard was full of inmates, most of them busy working off their lunch. Although Hunter had no gang affiliation, his boyfriend Trent was a high ranking member of The Order. So you could usually find him hanging around other members as well.

Hunter was feeling lazy that day, the heat index making the idea of working out unbearable. So he sat atop a table next to the weight machines, shirtless, leaning back on his elbows and smiling over at the gang members as he watched them lift. “Lookin’ good boys!”, he yelled, winking at one of them as they smiled back at him.

While Balthazar was not one to do much weightlifting, he had picked up running while his time in prison. It was freeing almost, clearing his mind as he ran causing his lungs to burn from the exercise than from cigarette smoke that he used to fill them on the outside. Stopping to catch his breath he heard a familiar voice and shook his head at the other’s words. 

Hunter.

Bal wasn’t sure how to make him out, as he wasn’t official member of The Order but seemed to cling to them as if he thought he was. Still, the guy wasn’t all that bad... “You’ve been working out today?” Bal called out a bit out of breath having pushed himself more today. “Or just cheering us on?”

Jung always had his work cut out for him at Alcatraz. With so many troubled inmates to help rehabilitate, it was easy for Jung to lose himself in his work. If he could improve just one of his patients’ day for the better, then he did his job.

He’d just arrived to his office for the day when he heard a familiar knock at the door — a scheduled check-in with one of the inmates. Jung felt bad that he couldn’t remember who was scheduled for his first appointment, but he’d soon find out when he opened the—

“Hello! Come in,” he says to his patient, overcompensating with the kindness. Lord knew not everybody on the staff shared his benevolent nature. “Sit down. How are you feeling today? Anything you’d like to bring up?”

Honestly, these little sessions were stupid. At least that was what Balthazar thought as he walked into the office and sat down in the chair that he was becoming used to. He even went as far as to put his feet up on the table and relaxed getting comfortable. Well as one could with this whole situation. Really he was probably the most sane one here and yet he had to talk to someone? 

Bullshit. 

“Not really,” Bal said shaking his head. “Is there something you want to talk about today, doc? You know I’m a great listener. We can talk about your daddy issues...or was it mommy ones? Either way we can talk and figure out what those mean if you want. Free of charge.” He smirked at him, fully enjoying being an ass.
