If anyone’s wondering, these were just made in rice cookers. (It has to be the nicer kind with the pressure cooker style lid not the cheap ones with just a simple glass lid.) I use mine all the time to make small coffee cakes; it’s the same thing with these giant pancakes. You just hit the white rice cycle three or four times until the pancake is thoroughly cooked. There’s actually a Japanese cooking blog that detailed all kinds of variations like making cheesecakes and pancakes with fruit filling and stuff like that.

Hi! Happy to know you're still around tumblr. I remember you working in Disneyland years back (don't know if you still do), so I wanted to ask you a few questions. I plan to visit Florida for the first time and going to Dinseyland would one of the first places I'd like to visit. What parks do you recommend? and what other tourist places can I visit? My girlfriend and I will be going the second week of December so I may not get to enjoy the beach but I'm excited! :)

If you only go to one park I would say go to Magic Kindgom because it will be the most authentic Disney experience. However, Animal Kingdom is great as well. I highly recommend going to Universal as well. If you want to be cute go to the Orlando Eye to see a great view of the entire city. Even in December the beach should be fine honestly haha I’ve swam many times on Christmas Day
