Regarding Charms - protective films / backing

Hi everyone! We’re so happy to hear that you’ve started receiving your packages and zines. We hope you’re enjoying them!

We’ve received a few asks regarding charms and concerns they have been damaged or are faulty:

First and foremost, if you feel there is an issue with your charms please let us know!

The most common query we have received is that the charms appear distorted or cloudy. The charms have been printed with a protective backing so that they aren’t scratched or damaged before reaching you. This backing can be peeled off to reveal the artwork.

We apologize for not conveying this information clearly and hope this helps clears up any concerns!

Be advised that tumblr asks don’t allow pictures, so the zine email might be a better option for sending pictures of the items you have received if needed!

Hello! I just got my zine, and it's so fun and beautiful. But I have a question about the charms...1 of them [Roxas and Xion] came out perfect, but the other two came out unviewable and very foggy [almost burnt looking] on the front and paper like on the back...i cant imagine it's supposed to be like this, is there a way I could fix this? [Especially since out of the 3, I was most looking forward to the Demyx and Zexion keychain] thank you!!

All charms come with a protective film stuck to one side, which might explain why it looks foggy. Can you try peeling it off and seeing if that resolves the issue? If you feel there is still an problem with the charms however, please feel free to contact us off anon so we can discuss further options. If they are faulty we are happy to organize replacements.

hi, i know this is well after the pre-orders of the zine were open (i just found out about the zine like a few weeks ago and realized i was way too late) but would there be any way that i could pay for a copy of just a pdf? would that be something you guys would be willing to do? if it’s too much of a hassle i completely understand, i figured i’d ask just in case. thank you!

Shipping Estimation:

We’ve received a lot of questions regarding when the zine will ship:

We are in the process of finalizing the zine to send for print. Once the file has been sent off to the manufacturers we will have a better idea of when the zine will be shipped out to you all.

At the moment we are hoping for late January or Early February. We will update once we have more information.

PDF Availability:

We received a lot of interest in the PDF being available. First and foremost, thank you for the interest and support regarding this.

As a result, we’ve decided to make the PDF available for purchase again once all the physical copies have been shipped out.

OrgXIII ZINE - Merch Preview

Our keychains and enamel pins are in and looking fancy!

Unfortunately there was a minor error while printing the keychains; the artwork shown has been flipped to what it was originally. We weren’t able to replace the keychains as the mistake wasn’t on the part of the manufacturer.

We hope this isn’t a major issue, once again, the quality of the keychains is high and the flip isn’t obvious. However if you have any concerns please message us! “”
