I think usually my gendered requests aren't hard to change into the opposite gender. I rarely even state anything besides the little disclaimer.

She saw that something was wrong recently. But no matter what you didn't speak up. It was embarrassing for many reasons...
But she saw how you were holding your face and she quickly knew that it was teeth trouble.
Without a moment to waste she suggested a dentist. Which was the thing you ever so desperately tried to avoid.
You tried to make an excuse saying you had plans for the week and you could slip a dentist appointment in.
Concerned she said "But isn't your health and well being more important? You shouldn't wait for this to become a bigger problem. Not only that but you'd have a problem completing your tasks when you're in such pain" she was right of course but you just couldn't admit the real reason right to her face.
She was really confused why you'd be so determined to put her proposition down.
Eventually she ended up talking to your friend, Eijiro about it. He promised you to never say your secret to anyone but he really was in a bad spot no matter what he does.
So unfortunately yet fortunately for you, he slipped up. He was happy that Momo would help you but you'll have to expect his over the top apology after.
She tried to find a way to help you face that fear. Maybe the issue was your current dentist?
Whatever the case was she was not leaving her girlfriend behind.
So she yet again tried to convince you to go and had told you about the fact that she knew about your fear.
This time she would push untill you said yes. But worry not she'll help you prepare!
She'd try to get to the root of the problem. And of course she started by switching dentists for you. She suggested a few, and of course she did a lot of research before she gave you any names.
Before the visit she tried to calm you down however possible. She'd hold your hand, give you a little motivation speeches when you were on your way.
And when you went in she was in your field of vision the entire time. Whenever you felt scared or worried you just looked at her and she tried to give you encouraging face expressions.
When everything was over with and you were back home she (although a little flustered over it) cuddled you as much as you wanted. She wanted to award your bravery so for the rest of the day, as long as it wasn't bad for you she'd comply with your requests.
