Our convict had contraband in his cell. A screw from the work detail yesterday made it in to his prison issued kit.

Too bad for him, it rained last night. He is in this hole until he sees the error of his ways.

What are the type of guys who go to Hampton, what are the prisioner "sterotypes"

As I said in an earlier blog, we have a very distinct demographic. Most are caucasian or Asian with advanced education. Most have jobs or lives that put them in a position of authority.

Most are financially stable or have some degree of wealth. Many are prominent in their own communities or come from influential families. Many are only children or are last born children.

The majority of prisoners have jobs in tech or government or education. We also have a strong representation of medical professionals.

It seems to represent a group of people who, consciously or not, are attracted to prison play as a form of mental vacation. Minimal cell phones, no decisions, and isolation from the world!!

It’s definitely the mental vacation that is appealing. I’ve had interest in this role play for quite a while and I fit the demographic almost to a tee.

It would be nice to have a break and say “your turn” to the decision making for a moment. This desire has become more and more of a conscious thought over the years.

These are some "teaser" photos for a new event and role play space in Illinois.

The space is very different from FCJ and HCI. It will work in concert with those two spaces to provide yet another jail / prison experience.
