i have exactly two months to get my ugw which is only 15lbs away but also i need to build an insane amount of muscle bc i refuse to be skinnyfat n i have no idea how much it'll take but also i alr have some muscle but also what tf am i gonna do once i reach my goal? bc i promised myself my priority was for the goal to be sustainable (not like my old bmi 15 ugw that made me so malnourished it ruined my life for a year and a half) but also id love to be sickly thin but also im starting math uni so i cant rlly afford to have brain fog but also !!!!!!
