hello  dash  i  am  reading  the  second  book  of  this  series  [ngl  it  may  be  one  of  my  ALL  TIME  favorites.  as  a  big  reader,  thank  you].  i  have  osric  here  as  a  muse  and  i  am  absolutely  going  insane  rn.  like  in  levels  you  cannot  phatom.  if  anyone  wants  to  give  this  series  a  reading  shot  lemme  know  i'd  be  dying  to  write  within  it.

today   i   parted   with   my   parrot   baby.   some   of   you   may   know   i   love   him   dearly   but   due   to   family   pressure   i   was   more   or   less   forced   to   part   with   him.   percy   was   a   big   part   of   my   day   to   day   and   even   if   he   did   sometimes   help   my   mental   health   worsen,   i   raised   him   since   he   was   3   weeks   old.   my   baby   is   with   a   nice   family   who   have   another   baby   [potentially   his   full   sibling   as   they   were   bought   from   the   same   breeder   and   are   the   same   age].   i   hope   he   is   happy.   i   want   the   best   for   him.   yesterday   and   today   was   exhausting   as   i   texted   with   people   back   and   forth   since   i   posted   a   listing   on   facebook   and   so   many   wanted   to   take   him.

IT  IS  NOT  ENDURING.  it  is  loving.  still,  geralt  smiles  meekly  at  the  remark  she  makes.  she  may  never  know  exactly  how  he  feels  about  her,  what  the  coming  of  her  storm  into  his  life  meant  to  the  witcher.  of  course,  by  now  he  doesn't  doubt  there  was  a  similar  experience  with  his  likeness  in  her  reality,  but  still...  yennefer  was  a  blessing  bestowed  upon  him.  the  years  had  not  clouded  but  clarified  his  mind,  thus  the  witcher  argues.

his  cat  eyes  drop  to  where  her  fingers  brush  his,  jerking  and  then  back  to  her  violet  eyes,  the  color  that  tinted  his  perspective  anew.  ❝  i  know.  i  bear  it  in  mind.  ❞  he  is  aware  she  could  have  any  other  man,  but  she  has  chosen  him.  the  wish  undone,  and  yet  their  feelings  only  deepening  is  proof  enough.  geralt  allows  his  hands  to  fall  on  her  hips,  holding  yennefer  closer  to  him.  so  many  times  done,  and  yet  he  never  tires  of  her  shape  under  his  palms.

warmth  blooms  in  his  chest  when  she  returns  the  affection.  his  smile  widens,  and  he  feels  his  pulse  kick  up,  awoken  from  its  slow  rhythm.  he  leans  down,  taking  her  lips  in  his  for  a  peck.  ❝  i  do  wonder  if  ciri  has  encountered  another  pair  of  us  on  her  travels.  i  doubt  they'd  be  so  agreeable  as  us,  ❞  the  witcher  chuckles.  ❝  must  be  old  age.  ❞  merely  a  tease,  reserved  only  for  his  love.
