Ok so anyway quick hunpol lore for anyome who's got gaps:

-fidesz had been in power since 2010, mostly staying in power by scaring the shit out of everyone with all right wing talking points (immigrants, trans people, war in ukraine, george soros, ect.) They were "young democrats" in 1989. Not either of those anymore

-magyar péter was the husband of the minister of justice but they divorced

-MP started a new political party mostly for ex fidesz supporters, because the old "opposition coalition" was just not fucking working out. All opposition parties are banded together in the 2022 elections, from all across the left-right spectrum which was strange and uneffective

-The tisza party, short for "respect and freedom" but also the name of a major river here, took the fuck off over the next two years

-a lot of parties withdrew to make sure tisza can get fidesz out, (or just didn't qualify) except the democratic coalition, the hungarian two tailed dog party (ugh) and the our homeland movement (fash)

Matsuda - you know them, you love them from their 2x0.5 episodes of airtime . japanese, [HC] long range specialist of the team ! weapon of choice is their fuckoff big musket-like rifle (bayonet included) (and yes theyre nb+intersex in my hearttttttt)

Bołądź - polish, in the defense line, romantic type, and squeamish but does her job well enough, weapon of choice is a simple glock

Davidson - dutch-american, in the defense line, deep in the glass closet, weapon of choice is Nothing, would prefer to be sleeping

Jackal - american [born + raised in the pan-american union], short range, kind of an ass but usually means well, weapon of choice is usualy a dagger (dreams with six barrelled machine guns)

Wiedemann - african-american [adopted into a german family], weapon of choice is a revolver

theyre all on the delta division, thus the logo, and Wiedemann is the only one with an intact human status
