I started Muv Luv tonight.

Only played for an hour or so. It's going to be an interesting story to say the least. Good thing I have like all of tomorrow to spend playing it!

Planetarian, a game so short, it takes, at most, 2-3 hours to finish. It’s not even a visual novel, due to the lack of choices or different paths, and has been labelled a “kinetic novel”. That said, I cannot even fathom how amazing this game is, further proving KEY to the the master storytellers that they always have been. I laughed, cried and loved the only character in the game (other than the protoganist). Touching, beautiful, amazing.

Overall: 9/10

So I finished my first VN

I chose to try out Planatarian not knowing what a kinect novel was. But the description sounded interesting to me. What i found was an amazing short story. Filled with a great narrative. I started out kind of annoyed with Revvie. But over time, just like with the protagonist, she grew on me. And the ending just messed me up emotionally. All in all a great first experience. And I can't wait to start my next VN. Whatever it may be.
