Moving Blogs
So like I've come to terms and accepted that I have to start my blog fresh because of this whole deal being locked out of my account. Only being able to access my blog via mobile really sucks and I have a feeling I'll be locked out here soon, too. So tomorrow I'll be going through the tedious task of recreating my blog and following blogs again. I'll use this same URL and will post more reminders, so if you want to follow me to my new blog please do! But I won't be offended if you don't. My blog is mostly here for my own entertainment. I figured this is actually kind of a good thing, seeing as I've had this blog since middle school and want to distance myself from the obnoxious stuff I posted way back then. And I can clean out who I'm following and all that. So yeah, tomorrow is when I'll take care of all that. Thanks y'all

I am African American. The reason I wear my hair in an Afro is because I think it expresses exactly who I am, where I come from, and the people who have paved the way for me. I found it very difficult to be myself because there are a lot of stereotypes and misconceptions about black people and black hair. We shouldn’t have to question wearing our natural hair to a job interview; I wish people just understood how strong and beautiful it is.
