We have just returned from a fabulous holiday on Paxos a tiny island in the Ionian Sea. Some of the beaches rival the Caribbean and on nearby Anti Paxos they are in the top 10 in Europe.

We use CouchSurfing because it is one of the best things while traveling. Acquainted with the culture, traditions, and national kitchen better through the local people.

View from one of the 7 mountains that surrounds Bergen.The ship you see in the background, is one of the ships from the "Hurtigruten" fleet. Coming "home" after a 11 day round trip along the Norwegian coast, from Bergen to Kirkenes, close to the Russian boarder. This journey is also known as the worlds most beautiful sea-trip / cruise. If it wasn`t for the trees, in front of the chair, you would have seen where i live.... :-)
