Location: 108th Precinct of the New York City Police Department
Significance: Detectives from the 108th Precinct investigated a minor break-in at our Long Island City office. Don’t worry: only a few small items were taken. The event left us feeling shocked and unsettled, but also very relieved.

Location: Old Creedmoor Rifle Range
Significance: The Old Creedmoor Rifle Range is the original home of the National Rifle Association. When they left town it became home to Brooklyn State Hospital -- now known as Creedmoor Mental Hospital.

Significance: Where I started a new segment of my life. JH is where I last lived with my daughter before she moved away. It’s where I set up a studio and started to show again. It’s where I fell in love with a dog -- that bond + connection + where she died. It’s where I’m dreaming of the next phase. It’s where high + low moments happen.

Significance: from 1963 to 1967, I went to Dominican Commercial High School. I traveled from Long Island for an hour each way then walked from the bus terminal at 165 + Jamaica Ave.
