Hi everyone!Ā
As the saying goes, āIt takes one to know one.ā Counting years already, Iām still fed up in a world where people around me cannot understand what am blabbing aboutā writing, stories, plot, characters, proofreading, grammar, critique and even book review. Until I realize, Iām just a pilgrim in their world.
Just this morning, I read a post about a netizen who tagged herself as a newbie in writeblr. I donāt know how did they come up with writeblr is it just a gobbledygook in short for writers-in-tumblr? Idk.
Anyway, as an introduction to the community, I was relieved the moment I learned that in this world Iām resenting with, knowing thereās that certain group of dreamers or talented writers wanting to make a difference. Iām glad that you are all there sharing tips, strategies and lessons about writing. These really help a lot because writing is my outlet and writing makes me know myself better.
I want to return the favor I received from writeblr community by contributing ideas I know, teaching from my experience and gain friends.

Writeblr Newbie
I donāt do well with these introductions, but Iāll give it a try.
I was 11 or 12 when I started writing journal entries about my days in school then it evolved into poetry and fiction. Fast forward to now, creeping further into my late 20ās, I donāt write poetry anymore, but the love of fiction writing never disappeared. I became fascinated with creating characters and telling their stories, it simply stuck.
I write blog posts about my life and/or thoughts, fictional stories (original content and fan fiction), screenplays, roleplay, and other things I canāt think of right now.
I currently have a WIP. Itās a combination of Fantasy fiction, Romance, Paranormal fiction, and some horror.
Truthfully, I have not heard of writeblr until last week and once I found out what it was I became excited. Itās so nice to see such a welcoming community.
Iām looking to follow other blogs that are similar to mine and I hope to make some lasting friendships in the process.

Oh Iām an asshole.
So today pulling into Stop and Shop, this lady cut me off and nearly drove into me, and then, when I tried to pass her, she swung to the right and nearly hit me again, and then flipped me off.
So somebody is having a bad day and taking it out on me. Thatās fine. Itās harmless, and I donāt know whatās going on in this womanās life. Iāll give her the benefit of the doubt sheās not just a piece of shit and is just having a bad day.
But then I park and she follows me, and gets out of the car and starts swearing at me and getting in my face.
Now I go from āindifferentā to āIām gonna fuck with this womanās head.ā Now I would say Iām a gentleman of size, and in all black and bemohawked I probably look spookier than I actually am, so props to this lady for getting in my face. Now of course Iām not going to hit her, or even threaten violence. Thatās shitty. Nobody should get threatened with violence.
Instead, I take a step back, narrowing my eyes like Iām studying her face really closely, and then I touch one of the several piece of āoccultyā jewelry Iām wearing (none of which, by the way, are magicked in any way at all). Then I mumble some nonsense under my breath, and then make the fig gesture and the horns at her.
She stops, wide-eyed.
āWHAT THE HELL DID YOU JUST DO TO ME?ā
I chuckled, and shake my head. āNothing at all.ā I say in a not-terrible convincing voice. āBut every time something bad happens to you today, youāre gonna be thinking of me.ā
Then I winked at her, and walked away.
