Hey there, stardusts! Only seven more days until In Stars and Time's first anniversary, alongside the release of Our Time in The Stars. We don't know about you, but all of us in Our Time in The Stars are eagerly counting down the days!
As we impatiently wait for the day to come, let's introduce the wish-makers who helped make this zine's wishes come true. Without further ado, let the curtain rise on these stars!

Tip your hat to the director behind it all, @sloppywetbread !
Wet Bread (She/They) came up with the idea after seeing multiple other creative pieces being done by the fandom. Seeing how inspired the community for the little Indie game was, Bread wanted to help organize something as well. Having no prior experience but the confidence of someone who plays scary videos alone at night, they got to work. Bread laid out the original blueprint, including recruitment, organization in the early stages, and creating starting guidelines. The need for more assistance became relevant as the project became more complicated and went further along.
Bread also played a role in being a final decision-maker when it came to some tough calls for behind-the-scenes stuff (top secret, sorry, only Bread and the Mods will even know). From creating the server and the sign-up sheet to helping people with the first draft of ideas, multiple hats were worn to make this all come to fruition (you could say…two hats were worn!).
Here are a few words from Bread regarding the release of the Zine:
“As I stated in the forward and cannot find enough words or times to express my gratitude adequately, I want to thank the Mods, such as Mai once again, Coda, and Kel, who, without their help, this project would have never come to fruition. I am surrounded by a kind and supportive spirit, which helped pull me back whenever I was tired, sick, or ready to give up.
Please support everyone who helped with this zine and enjoy it as much as me and everyone else involved! This was an absolute delight, and I’m ecstatic that everyone else will see it. I plan to hold onto a copy and hang it on the fridge because I’m delighted with how it turned out. It’s a stunning piece. In Stars and Time is one of those games that sticks with you with its story, narrative, music, and visuals, and I can see it becoming a classic because, as far as RPGs go, It’s a work of art with so much fun and character. Despite touching on complex topics, In Stars and Time can laugh at itself, creating a very human experience.
Thank you everyone!”

Standing ovation for @glitchy-mai !
Mai (any pronouns) initially was just a contributor in Our Time in The Stars, but when everyone was reaching low HP, they decided to lend a helping hand! They diligently got to work, supporting and guiding the team in every way they could.
Some of the ways they stepped up to the stage were:
✩ Organized and kept track of all contributors/progress.
✩ Helped answer any questions that came up.
✩ Arranged the order for the zine.
✩ Formatted the layout and put together the zine.
✩ Help run the social medias (winks).
Here are some words from Mai as we reach the release of the zine:
"I am so honored that I had the chance to work on this zine! In Stars and Time has become my comfort game ever since its release, having touched me deeply in one of the darkest points in my life. I'm happy that the first ever zine I got to participate in was to celebrate this beautiful game.
It was challenging, facing many hurdles along the way, but we did it! I could not be any prouder of all the people I had the chance to work with. You all did so amazing. Thank you Wet Bread for deciding to put this zine together, and to my other lovely mods who helped along the way. None of this would have existed had it not been for you all. And lastly, thank you insertdisc5/Adrienne for making this heart-touching game that has led me to befriend so many lovely people.
I'm so excited to share our hard-work with the ISAT community!"

Throw some flowers for @alkhelmistuhree !
Kel (He/They), like Mai, was also initially a contributor for the zine. Eager to see the zine to completion, he joined the party, throwing in a few ideas along the way.
Some of the ways in which he decorated the stage were:
✩ Crafted assets and designed layouts for the zine.
✩ Gave feedback for the final look of the zine.
✩ Helped in organizing and keeping track of the zine members.
✩ Wait, he also overlooks the social media accounts? (waves)
Here are some words from Kel in regard to the release of the zine:
"I've always wanted to participate in making zines (and more broadly, community projects), so I'm glad I got to contribute to this as my first! In Stars and Time has been one of the nicer things to come out of 2023, and I believe it should garner more attention than it already has.
Working with everyone on the zine has been a great pleasure, and also a huge learning experience for me! I'd like to thank Bread and Mai for being really kind and fun to talk to behind the zines. (Get it? Scenes?)
I hope everyone will enjoy what we have to offer!"

Give a round of applause for @inthismomentyouareloved !
Coda (They/them) was one of the very first people to step onto the stage when help was needed! Their presence bringing reassurance, leading the way for our other mods to step into their roles. Without them, the journey would have felt much more daunting.
Some of the ways that Coda performed on the stage were:
✩ Providing immense support and feedback.
✩ Managing the discord server and channels.
✩ Communicating with contributors.
We truly appreciate Coda's willingness to help us throughout the zine. Please look forward to seeing how their stellar support truly helped this zine shine.

And that's a wrap! All these lovely wish-makers came together to help form a wish, joining all their hopes and dreams to make one big wish to the Craft God. Soon, that wish will be bear fruit. Thankfully, without the drawback of looping forever, phew!
That's it for now, look forward to more little previews as we impatiently wait for the anniversary date. See you soon, stardusts!
