Eren - That boy is a picky eater and in his time you'd assume he was being just a brat (he was) but I think he maybe had some type of gastro problem as a child and couldn't actually handle eating food normally. Probably the titan nullified that but keeping it for modern aus. Also that's not health related but he IS a picky eater either way
Mikasa - Full believer that she has developed tinnitus or partial hearing loss from overuse of thunderspears or hanging around Erens screaming titan all the time ( I have hearing problems this is the highest form of honor from me)
Armin - Garbage immune system and I stand on that . He went 4 years feeling relatively great in terms of physical health and then right after the finale boom he contracted every virus on Marley
Jean - People have autistic headcannons for him already and that's pretty much cannon to me too so if I have to offer something new I'd say he has scoliosis and back pains . Bro did not listen to his mom when she was telling him not to hunch over now he acts like he is geriatric. Also carpal tunnel syndrome goes crazy
Sasha - ...glutten intolerance I said what I said and she does NOT CARE
Connie- Lactose intolerance and he does NOT CARE . He and Sasha interchange their bathroom breaks like true besties do
Marco - Needed glasses but </3. He would have gotten a great pair of combat glasses from Hange but <//3
Historia- i hc some type of anemia but more so I'd gravitate towards a general lack of some vitamin at all times . Not settled on a specific thing but rip historia you would have loved vitamin supplements
Ymir- Not a medical hc per say but I think my girl has bad teeth hygiene and a bad breath. Her breath stinks girl go wash before getting all up Historias face </3
Annie - one of those people that can't go into the sun with her skin exposed for long without it burning or developing a rash . Girl has never had a tan in her life and never will. I think she also has an issue with various clothing textures
Reiner - I smile devilishly as I bestow upon him the chronic migraines . He went to hide in an abandoned dark house for a whole day by himself to sleep like cmon now. And he is so stressed smt that gives you the worst migraine shutdown I'd know it's hell
Berthold- Body temperature ? High . Sweat ? Like crazy . Heat stroke at the ready ? Absolutely . He gets all the sun too up there bro runs at temperatures yet unseen I shudder to think what his fever actually looks like
Erwin - that bitch needed glasses but he refused to accept it his entire life . He probably looked mad as a kid squinting so he tried to fix it by overcorrecting and very consciously keeping his huge orbs as open as he can pretending he could see through the blur and he never grew out of that
Levi - He definitely got nerve damage after everything like there's no way . He probably was already on his way to loss of feeling on his hands by the time he decided to swing around his entire body weight on a hand with 3 fingers not even healed
Hange - Random one I think they have allergies to like everything airborn . Pollen , dust , chemical smells, smoke you name it . Do they care ? Hell no they are huffing that shit on their free time poor Moblit has to be on constant standby with tissues
Miche - .... that being said the idea of him also having a pollen allergy is hysterical so I'm keeping it. Bro probably has the loudest sneezes known to man . Same with the snoring. Him and Erwin probably shake a whole building when sleeping and Hange sleep talks ... poor Levi lol
Marlowe - He is dyslexic and got bullied for it when he was in school poor guy
Hitch - Very irregular period schedule it's probably inconvenient if she gets bitches often
Yelena- You know what I think she had breast removal surgery . Maybe for some actual medical issue maybe because she kinda vibes with looking as androgynous as possible and didn't want a rack
Onyancopon- I think he gets real bad motion sickness on anything that isn't plane or airborne. Ships? Over the railing . Trains? Nauseous. Cars? If Yelena is driving he is carrying a throw up bag especially
Zeke - Zeke is in the spectrum and he learned to mask because Grisha was an ass about his childhood meltdowns. Probably not intentionally cruel but more so in a dismissive "You can't be throwing tantrums you are not a baby " type of way . They probably thought they "fixed" him too but like bozo your kid just learned to hide
Pieck - Bad joints and weak muscles from overuse of her titan form even after she gets used to walking again. Also creaking bones and she uses them to freak squimish people out by cracking her neck when they least expect it
Porco - He got some inconsequential scar as a kid and for some reason when he transformed he didn't heal it and he happened to never get injured and thus never needed to heal that specific part of his body and he refuses to do so intentionally so he is the only shifter with an old scar. He brags about it to the kids ( tbf they do think it's cool)
Falco - I think that boy has asthma . In a modern au at LEAST idk why but he does. Would getting a titan fix someones respiratory I really don't know . He is so ridiculously polite about it too like Mr magath sir I know this is gym class can I please get my inhaler I'm dying as we speak
Colt - Also has asthma which makes Zeke smoking in his face an extra dick move
Gabi - The very responsible adults left 9 year old Reiner to look after the baby and she started screaming and he panicked and accidentally dropped her and thats why she has a scar on the back of her head
