Fairfield & The Helvellyn Range from St Sunday Crag

So this is tomorrow's route, a good 12 mile round trip! It starts nice & easy on The Cauldon Canal, but soon I'll be on The River Churnet, my first proper river paddle, though thankfully it's a gentle river. But it goes through onc of the most beautiful valleys in England! It's often referred to as little Switzerland! I know, quite a lot to live up to! But I'll have my action camera, ready to film this adventure! So yeah, let's see what I post tomorrow...

This was me just 8 weeks ago, like a scarred puppy 🤣

Thankfully I've gone on to persevere, & am now ok, I'll never say good, as I've much to learn still, but I'm definitely ready for tomorrow's adventure (see next post)

Looks like summer has a little more left to give! Meaning I can finally do the backpack I've had planned for months! It's going to be in a much more spectacular location to the previous post, so I just hope I get either a great sunset or sunrise again like the previous post, or both would just be magical! One can but hope!🤞

Can't believe this was my last wildcamp! Way back in late spring! I have been camping since, but that was a campsite holiday. I had so many plans, & then it started raining! Well it's looking like I'm gonna have to have some late summer/autumn backpacks, as I need more moments like this!

So where do others like to go wildcamping? Peak District next for me! This is my secret local spot! Well, where my tent is at least!

So just a few of the things I like in the outdoors, apart from photography, as I also enjoy landscape photography & look forward to sharing some of them on here! I have many other hobbies, but apart from the outdoors, music & going to see my favourite bands & artists live are my two favourite. But I'm sure as I post more you'll see more into my life!
