Ragtime was once the star of a beloved television program that was broadcast to homes between the 50s-70s, and despite the networks best efforts to cancel it when ratings fell, the program resurfaced mysteriously during the 2010s with “new episodes”. The show looks like a cartoon, but was actually a window into Ragtime's reality…a strange and spooky world full of wacky adventures, and plenty of mysteries.

When the show resurfaced during the 2010s, people began to notice that Ragtime would often go missing during “static interference”...specifically when they were watching television with a snack in hand. Snack disappearances became more frequent, but only when the television was changed to her show. Things took a turn for the worst October 31st 2010, when Ragtime started making physical appearances around the town, terrorizing people for snacks, and stealing their “take one” candy bowls off of the porch. Fueled by her candy addiction, Ragtime frequently makes appearances around town when candy production is at an all time high, but is known to be most active on the night of Halloween, when candy is being given out…

Behaving much like the gremlins do in the movie “the gremlins”...Ragtime is a known “nuisance”...and in the town Ragtime makes her appearances in, the townsfolk do what they can to keep Ragtime from making an appearance every year.
