Hey! My name is Kam. I’m creating a new studyblr for a fresh start because I never posted anything original on my old one (@outstudying).

Basics

I’m 19 years old.

I’m a freshman at the University of Iowa.

Double major in Sport and Recreation Management & Journalism and Mass Communication.

I’m a student videographer for the Iowa football team.

Interests

I love to read, essentially, any genre.

I love to write (fiction stories, academic papers, published articles, blog posts, etc.).

I love listening to music (currently infatuated with Shawn Mendes and Khalid).

I love watching sports (football and basketball, mainly, but also baseball, hockey, and soccer).

Learning new languages. 

Learning code and graphic design.

Taking free online courses.

Goals

Stop procrastinating and increase daily/weekly/monthly productivity. 

Use a bullet journal for personal and academic purposes.

Be healthier and happier (yoga, meditation, diet, exercise, etc.).

Graduate from U of I in three years with a 3.5 GPA or higher.

Achieve my dream of working for the Minnesota Vikings organization in marketing or public relations, or something similar. But first work for college athletic departments like Iowa and Florida State.

Maybe be a freelance journalist as a side gig?!

Travel the world, experiencing different cultures. 

Retire in either Colorado or Florida as a happy and healthy old lady who will continue to live her life to the fullest (pls pls pls).

this is how i spent all of autumn break. in my dads mock-studio which is just a bright room in our summer house (honestly the light in there is magical). studying economics until my eyes bled.
