Version 3.12 (March 9, 2013) NEW FEATURE: Skype integration Skype call and chat buttons have been added to staff profile pages. Skype call buttons have been added to assignment details pages. Skype call buttons have been added to project pages. Skype call buttons have been added to outsourced staff page. NEW FEATURE: Numbering of assignments All assignments are now numbered for easier identification. UPDATE: Admin’s name on assignments Admin’s real name is used when admin is the project manager of an assignment. CHANGE: Remove links to OutVeo from footer area All the links to our OutVeo website have been removed from the footer admin footer area. CHANGE: Login page updates and support link sections hidden The OutVeo updates and support links sections are now hidden within a collapsable box. Version 3.11 (January 18, 2012) CHANGE: Email character set We now use UTF-8 charset with sending emails to ensure full compatibility with all non-latin character sets. Version 3.10 (January 03, 2012) NEW FEATURE: Project Manager access Now you can upgrade Staff Members to Project Manager status. All project managers can be assigned to projects or individual assignments. Their access privileges include access to everything accept the Admin settings page and upgrading Staff Members to Project Managers. Project Managers are also Staff Members so they can continue to work on any assignments given to them by Admin or any other Project Managers. NEW FEATURE: Project Manager featured in tables All the tables have been adjusted to include Project Manager names NEW FEATURE: Assignment auto-approval Assignments can now only be marked as completed once a Project Manager or Admin has approved. NEW FEATURE: WYSIWYG editors to checklist items and assignment notes Videos, images and text links can be added via a new WYSIWYG editor that has been added to checklist items and assignment notes. NEW FEATURE: Included CRON job command line to settings page On the settings page we’ve included the CRON job command line code unique to the hosting account being used. This is done to make setting up CRON jobs easier. NEW FEATURE: Daily digest email Every day an email is sent to admin containing all the assignment updates given to your project managers by the staff members they’re managing. The subject of this daily digest email can be changed on the settings page. UPDATE: Tutorial videos All the tutorial videos have been updated and can be accessed from every page within OutVeo. UPDATE: Menu navigation The items in the navigation menu have been re-arranged to a more logical flow from left to right. FIX: Menu navigation Slowed down drop menu display because it showed too quickly for some users, not giving them time to select a menu item. CHANGE: Revised admin settings page layout The settings page has been redesigned to make it more compact and easier to use. CHANGE: Added a new button to the Staff Member login page. A new button on the Staff Members page takes you to the Admin login page. This was added because OutVeo uses two separate login pages and some people were logging in to the Staff Members area with their Admin credentials. CHANGE: Changed the title of the Admin login page The Admin login page title was changed from “Admin login” to “Admin & Project Manager login”. Version 3.01 (October 26, 2012) FIX: Projects Repeating projects can now work without any assignments attached to them. Version 3.00 (October 12, 2012) NEW FEATURE: Projects Assignments can now be grouped into projects. NEW FEATURE: Project email template content tags Project ID’s, titles, deadlines and descriptions can now be added to email templates. NEW FEATURE: Repeat projects Projects can be repeated at pre-scheduled intervals. NEW FEATURE: Home page There’s a new layout for the home page that gives you a more accurate update on your outsourcing activities. NEW FEATURE: New top level navigation for admin The navigation of the admin area has been simplified to allow for the addition of any new features that might be added in the future.
