Hey fellas!!! It's been some time, hasn't it? We've been getting... A LOT of messages and inquires about the status of the comic and what's going on?? Wanted to put it on the record!

The comic is on an indefinite hiatus, for a multitude of personal reasons. Guess doing weekly comic updates in the middle of college really crushes your spirit! Needed some time to step away and get our heads in order before continuing on. We've already been working on a huge story overhaul and a new medium to tell it in. It's for the best for both of us and our health lol.

i don’t think i’ve ever said it on the public-facing internet so here goes: lost cause has been away for so long for a myriad of personal reasons and it’ll be fully back when i’m ready

additionally, i’ve been overhauling the story significantly (the largest change is that i’m ditching the military setting. it’s been a long time coming), and when it comes back it won’t be in the original comic form. a lot of things have changed since i was sixteen years old
