I choose to interpret this as “oh please could you write a fic about a horse prince falling for a donkey peasant but he’s engaged to the zebra prince to secure a political alliance with the zebra kingdom. Reading fics with British characters in is always weird because the writer is often Not British. No you’re not talking about college you’re talking about uni, college is 16-18 and is also not a thing everyone does. We also have apprenticeships and sixth form and shit. No that character wasn’t in a sorority or fraternity, we don’t have those. That’s a US thing. Also I think they might be cults.

I think something fun could be done with Girl Jeri being Grace’s sister. Specifically one she’s no longer close to on account of Girl Jeri getting disowned when she got pregnant.

Yes this came mostly from Girl Jeri and Karen sharing an actor but then I got deeper into it and it’s actually kinda fun to traumatise Grace with.

Girl Jeri getting disowned would kinda help cement the whole purity mindset in Grace, which leads to her getting isolated from her peers on top of losing her sister. And Abstinence Camp would be better but oh no. Her sister runs it. The sister she’s not allowed to talk to anymore.

Plus AC becomes Grace bonding with her nephew and idk that’s kinda fun to me.

AND JERI IS ALSO HAVING A HORRIBLE TIME. In addition to all her other issues she lost her connection to her younger sister. Who then shows up at the place her son is killing people. Fun times.

I just think there’s a lot of untapped angst potential okay.
