Updating my OCs for Art Fight part 5 :)

I've actually never made a reference for Finch. He's always kind of just been a concept in my brain, but now he's here! I'm not completely done with his backstory and all that yet, but that's a problem for future me. He's definitely very Skywing shaped, but he's a little bit shorter than most Skywings. I know level-headed and anxious are kind of contradictory but I meant it more as he is outwardly level-headed but secretly his brain is always worrying about something.. if that makes sense.

Updating my OCs for Art Fight part 4 :)

I kept Ira almost exactly the same, just changing the face shape a little and making her frill slightly longer. She's meant to have leaf shaped wings but its kind of hard to tell with this pose :( Her old ref had more blurry/soft edges on the leg markings but I decided to make them sharper so that they were more simple for animation. (I probably will avoid ever animating her but just in case...)

Updating my OCs for Art Fight part 3 :)

I went for more of an even blend between Nightwing and Silkwing for Odorata. His face and wings definitely changed the most from before. I really just wanted to give them the little bat nose I've been drawing on Nightwings recently.

Updating my OCs for Art Fight part 2 :)

I wanted Bighorn to look a lot more Mudwingy with a few Sandwing features like the spikes on his back legs and of course his tail barb and back sail. I also wanted him to look a bit older so I added some wrinkles on his face. I gave him whiskers because it kind of adds to the old man-ness and also because I just felt like it. Despite being a bit older, I tried to show that Bighorn is still pretty strong due to his past as a soldier in the war of Sandwing succession.

Art fight is coming up soon.. time to update all of my OCs!

I tried to make Trench more Seawing shaped and hopefully make him look a but chubbier than before. Since he lives in such a cold area, it would make more since for him to be more chonky (like polar bears and harp seals).
