these are my starting place photos. I am currently at 174lbs and my height is 4′11. I’m 26 years old so please don think I’m a child.The goal is 125-135lbs. Lets do this!

Hello

This is Owl working out. If I’m 100% honest this is not my first time trying to lose weight and reach a goal. In fact I’ve always had a constant struggle because I had a period where I would work out very hard and not lose any weight. I went to see if I had a thyrod issue but nothing came up. Late last year I discovered I was slightly gluten intolerent. So while it didnt mean I woud die if I ate it I found out it makes me extreamly bloated and cranky. I lost 10lbs alone just not eating gluten anymore. So now I’m starting fresh. This is not my first fitness blog but the last one I hardly upated and reminds me of a lot of past failures. My starting weight for this blog is 174lbs. While not my highest weight it certianly isnt my lowest one either. THe end goal is 125-135lbs depending on mucle mass. I have taken some pictures for a starting point in hopes I see a difference at the end.
