Headcanon: Ringabel is his on rival for Edea's affections. (i.e. the current Alternis)

It’s a funny thing but quite true to my opinion. XD Although, Ringabel is different than Alternis in many ways. And in Bravely Second, poor Alternis is utterly outmatched by Ringabel it seems.

If anything, it’s Alternis’s who is his own rival and wrapping his head around the idea that another version of himself won Edea’s affection could either drive him crazy or make him hopeful that he’ll find his own Edea. However, considering his loyalty, I highly doubt he’ll stop watching his Edea.
