Albert Wesker might have made zeno himself so he would have a body to transfer his consciousness into if he ever died

zeno has signs of raccoon city syndrome, which from the other survivors looks like it takes like 25+ years to develop, looking at sherry it seems regeneration abilities may slow it down

So even accounting for weird clone bullshit it'd probably take 15-20 years to show up, which at the oldest would mean zeno was created in about 2006

You know when Wesker killed Oswell spencer, the guy attempting immortality by transferring memories through blood

Alex Wesker even technically kind of figured it out and had told Spencer if I'm remembering correctly
