I think it's so beautiful that Ekko honors Powder in his mural even though she's still alive, but just in the form of Jinx. It seems like he has fully accepted that Powder has been buried and he carries that grief but doesn't deny Jinx from existence. So in the end, he ends up helping Jinx, Jinx who is actually alive instead of trying to bring back Powder.

Ekko never tells Jinx that she's still Powder unlike Vi who keeps on doing that. Instead, he reaches for her humanity. He doesn't treat her as someone who needs to revert back to being Powder, but instead he gives her a sense of agency to decide who she wants to be without violence.

Unlike Vi who locks her into "Powder," and Silco who locks her into "Jinx."
