There's so much that my brain conjures with this. Lex who outgrew the idea of a law firm pro bono after losing his only friend in high school and becoming so bitter that he turned to drugs to numb himself - then later in life inspired by Clark he gets his own messiah complex and proceeds in his own twisted way to try saving the world and makes a lot of enemies in doing so, including Clark himself. Clark on the other hand went back on his word, telling Lex he would've let him die if he knew what he would've turned into... 😭 (I haven't finished watching yet but I'm already grieving excuse me-)

i just loveee cas pretending to be stupid so dean pays attention to him. especially when anyone else especially Sam witnesses it and KNOWS cas knows/can do the thing he asks dean. and calls cas out on it. and cas pulls out the "🥺 I'm sorry I didn't know.." and dean gets that fond look on his face and is like "Cas, buddy. Ignore Sammy, he doesn't know his left from his right. C'mon. I'll show you *insert movie or show that sam knows cas knows*"

and then dean goes to get popcorn and sam is just silently dumbfounded and looks at cas and cas glares at him like "DONT. ruin this for me." and sam is spluttering like B -but. HEY. W-wh. Cas, you know that?" and cas is about to make a comeback but dean walks in so cas pulls the 🥺 out and says "Sam... I'm sorry I don't know more human films.. I am trying to. Become one of you.. It's just so much to do by myself and... 🥺" and dean shoots sam a genuine glare and says "Sam! Stop bein a dick to him. It isn't his fault he was raised by assholes with sticks up their... assholes.. Heh. C'mon, Cas. I can help you catch up." and dean pats cas' shoulder then pulls him along down the hall of the bunker. and cas briefly shoots another glare over his shoulder at sam.
