idk how to explain to people that I'm Christian and a patriotic American, but not in a Christian nationalism/MAGA way, like I love my country for what its supposed to stand for, I love it enough to see the flaws and want change that benefits everyone especially the poor, the needy and the suffering, and make sure it stands for what it claims to. and I also see Christ in everyone and try my best to be a patient and loving person. I will not hate you or tell you that you don't belong somewhere.

we are a community with history and culture. We have always existed, and we will never be erased, no matter how hard others try to destroy us and scrub away at the proof of our love, life, and identities.

I know I made a happy pride month post already, but I also wanted to say I’m very proud of all you as a group, the ones who are closeted or out, the ones still figuring out who they are and the ones who are sure, the people who pass and those who don’t, etc. it’s taken me a while to figure out who I am, and I’m sure my journey of self discovery will change over time as well, and being comfortable with who I am is getting easier over time, and that goes for more than my queer identity, but my experiences and my personality are becoming easier to understand but I know I’m very grateful to all the fellow queer people who have helped me along the way, and I hope that others will be able to have people who accept and love them as they are.
