Lala is high emotionally intelligent, seems to be a moderately successful business owner, and knows exactly who she wants to be and what kind of life she wants to lead.

While he lacks a little in social intelligence, not only does he have the computer smarts to code and moderate an entire website that gains enormous foot traffic, he’s also one of the only confidants to figure out who the Phantom Thieves are BEFORE their confidant starts.

I would like to add that, theoretically, Mishima may only have 5 days to set up the site. They might be vacation days, but that isn't a whole lot of time. (The last possible day to steal the treasure is 5/1, the day he talks to Joker is 5/6).

It looks really nice for a potential rush job too.

And I would say he lacks in social intelligence (interpersonal specifically) *in person,* at the start. I've always headcanoned that he might be relatively more adept in understanding social norms and mimicking/manipulating them to his advantage in digital environments, due to the wording of how he leaked Joker's record in something (I can't remember if it is in the games or manga right now....). The website is a place for other people to vent their issues, which he makes without prompting, knowing it would help others. He manages to deduce the two extortionists' status with law enforcement and bluff them into leaving Akiyama (Mishima's bully) alone. Riling up the crowd on Christmas (assuming you finish his confidant scenes). And potentially a date on Valentine's Day (if you do a guy hang out/don't have a date, Ryuji makes an assumption of such in vanilla).

Mishima also has pretty decent intrapersonal intelligence I'd say. He's one of two people we know to change their own hearts (hi Sae, you get that win too. Futaba sidesteps by getting a Persona during the fight to get her treasure so... I'd call that a draw for her).

Okay not that I want to cheer for him, but Shido is high intelligent in the way he manipulates even other intelligent people. He is the head of a massive conspiracy. He seems to know enough, or is surrounded by people who know enough, about Wakaba's research to weaponize it. He covers his tracks. Unlike Maruki, he knows he's hurting people and using it for his own benefit in a way that is near impossible to pin to him.

Anti-propaganda for Kamoshida: a lot of the reason he gets away with his crimes as long as he does has nothing to do with any kind of intelligence outside knowing how to weaponize hierarchy. At some point there would be something he did that would result in him getting at minimum fired.
