i want a plot where character a and character b are childhood sweethearts and get engaged in high school. they plan to get married after graduation. character a gets cold feet and leaves character b a voicemail on her cell phone the day of the wedding saying that he “just can’t do it and i’m sorry”. He runs away, leaves town, and never explains why he did what he did. what neither of them knew at the time is that character b was pregnant. character b tries to contact character a, but he won’t answer her calls. four years later, he comes back to town to find character b with a three-year-old child, a new boyfriend, and he doesn’t suspect that the child is his. cue the angst. bam.

friendly reminder that i 100% totally mean it when i say   take your time  .  don’t stress about drafts, ever. if i send you a meme and you don’t feel like replying to it ? don’t. that’s fine ! if i send a meme and you find it in your inbox 400 years later and suddenly  D O  feel like replying ? do it .  same goes for drafts ––– you want to drop a thread because you a) completely lost muse for it or b) it feels too long and wordy for you or c) you want to explore something else / a different part of your character(s)  ? drop it, it’s fine. you don’t owe me an explanation for doing what makes you feel comfortable with your blog. you can always always always throw different ideas at me, you can just tag me in random stuff, you can never reply to anything at all and  still  reblog memes from me or w/e.  

i feel like we often tend to forget that, above everything else, what we are all doing here is a hobby. an escape from stressful days and close deadlines and pressure we sometimes can barely handle in real life. if anything, coming here and writing should help us relief some of that stress. life is so full of situations that make us uncomfortable in one way or another, make your blog your  SAFE  PLACE ––– make this as comfortable for yourself as possible. if there are days where you don’t feel like writing at all? don’t apologize. if you haven’t been on in weeks ? if you’ve done nothing but shitpost ever since you made your blog? if you plot out threads and end up not writing them after all ? that’s fine.  this is a hobby and it’s something we do for ourselves.  ( same goes for freely giving away stuff. i know a lot of you on here make graphics for others simply because you want to be  nice  . and that’s the most amazing thing but also remember: you don’t owe anybody. if you end up not making that graphic after all? that’s cool to !!   –––  though in addition to that: if someone paid you to do something for them? that’s basically a verbal business contract and you should 100% deliver or give them their money back in full…)
