Although an established member of the Marlboro Men's Club (MMC) where their uniform is leather, Karl retains his shiny puffa of the Marlboro Youth Club (MYC) for a specific reason. Kerl works at a local distribution company, but his sole interest is his work as Handler of his elite lads.

Karl is the senior administrator and overseer of the MYC, and he takes charge of the most talented and prolific young recruiters the MYC members who've been elevated as members of the elite group of Marlboro Demons. They function under Karl's authority and tutorship as he enhances their development and their harvest of new Marlboro smokers.

Through their private WhatsApp group, he inspires and strengthens their obsession to target non-smokers at their schools. The single goal being to instil heavy Marlboro addiction into their targets to be eventually led to their inevitable assimilation into the Corporation through the MYC.
