2 years ago, naalala ko sabi mo favorite verse mo ang Philippians 4:13. Today, same verse ang theme ng Kids Camp and nagturo ka ng power verse :) God blessed you beyond anybody's expectation and He used you to bless the kids today. Kung san man nakarating si Louie, definitely it's all because of Jesus. Kahit sya hindi nya plan mag NU. It was a divine setup prepared by God. I can say, "that's my brother!" But it's more appropriate to say "that's my Jesus!" I am serving a living God. He is alive in my brother's life. He continues to bless, to amaze, to exceed expectations. #BlessedLouie

I said YES. So tonight kami ni Garett nag host sa Crossroads for announcements. It was a stretch coz I never imagined myself hosting, englishing (haha), or even holding a microphone tapos sa stage pa of the main sanctuary! It was not the usual, and I never did that before and I admit I almost turn the challenge down but I knew in my heart it's time to do something new, to be stretched coz it's #NewWaysNewDaysNewLevels. But still, the confusion arise more as I imagined myself to it and thinking of what I can' do. I'm not fluent, I'm not lively, I'm not a good speaker. To tell you the reason why I finally give in, it's because Garett said these: "Yes kaya mo yan dhil mag ppray tayo :)" Thank you for reminding me not to rely on myself, not to look in my weaknesses, but to pray. Thank you also for helping to do the stretch! These are the moments when you know you can't do it, because you don't have the talent and experience. Then that is a good opportunity for me to be fully dependent on God. :) Anyway, ito na nga. Balik tayo sa promposal, si kuya Garett mo may pagdala ng flower at pagluhod. Everybody was surprised. Some quickly get their phone to capture what's happening on the stage, some stopped what they are doing, a moment of silence and everybody was waiting what will happen next. "Will you be my prom date?" flashed on the sanctuary screen. Tawanan lahat. Whew! Kala nilang lahat yun na yon e! Madaming nainis kay Garett, umasa talaga sila haha! Surprise din dapat sakin yung PROMposal nya pero he decided to tell me his plans kasi baka daw masipa ko sya pag iba naisip ko. (We both know it's not the time yet guys 👌👌) Sorry it was all planned! My mistakes won’t define me.

I’m nothing more than any of you. I struggle in my weaknesses, I have sinned against a loving Father. I have lots of mistakes, and my past isn’t a good story to tell, just like everybody else.

But Jesus, who knew no sin, was punished like a criminal so that I could live my life in freedom. Today I say, I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. No sin, no shame, no past, no pain, no guilt, can separate me from God’s love. I am free. I am accepted. I am loved. I am changed.

Jesus is the grace that all I need.

Impossibility is where God starts, and miracle is what He does.

But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26

All things are possible... with God. Away from Him, it isn’t. “All things” and “with God” should be together.

Difficult is just hard. Impossibility is where God starts, and miracle is what He does.

Post of appreciation to my Garett who wholeheartedly poured out his love for me. He loved me without reservations from the start, ever since he courted me. He knows my value as a girl and as a princess of God. I know that he is a big part of my growth in Christ. This man is passionately sharing all about Jesus to me from the start up to now. JESUS AND HIS GRACE, as how it changed Garett's life, has also changed my life. And his faithfulness, sweetness, surprises, wisdom, consistency, and humor were combo bonus. And in everything he do... I have nothing to boast, not even my works and character, for I'm a failure and I'm nothing without Him. And I will live my life to the fullest knowing that the Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead is the same Spirit who lives in me!!!
