My beliefs of what I'm capable of we're stretched this month for sure. One thing I understand after January 2018 is how much a lost connection can weigh on a person. It is my goal this year is to be intentionally present when I'm spending time with my friends and family in hopes that I can connect more with the people I care for. Time is starting to pass by so quickly these days for me.
