Shout out to our overall female transformation! Irma came in with a tough girl "make me change" attitutude, and I knew I had to work with her! She made a few lifestyle changes...getting the proper nutrition with the Herbalife nutrition plan, clean eating and moderate exercise and BOOM! This guy Nick...came into out challenge just looking to get a little more active and healthy, and wound up receiving our Level 10 Award! He started his Herbalife nutrition plan and dove right into the Challenge head first! He dropped his mile by 1:19, increased his minute pushups and sit ups by 5 and 11 respectively, dropped 6.6 lbs, 6.3% body fat, 3 inches and gained 10 lbs of muscle! Congrats Nick!
