Phrases I Like To Hear From My Caregiver
✨“You did such a good job!”
☁️“I’m so proud of you.”
✨Anything with “little one.”
☁️“You’re is so cute when you’re
small.”

that?” or “How many is that?”

Tips for caregivers
Every caregiver has their own opinion on how to be the best and I’m not here to argue, but I want to pass along a few tips I have learned. Sometimes your smol doesn’t NEED you to be the best caregiver in the world, they need you to be best caregiver for them. That means you have to be both rigid and flexible. You should give them plenty of structure but you also have to know when they need free time, most of the time they are not able to communicate exactly what they need which is why it is our responsibility to pay attention to the seemingly minor details, such as the tone of their voices, something as simple as the speed and volume of they’re words can speak volumes about the kind of day they are having. You should be able to adjust on the fly in order to be the caregiver they need as opposed to the caregiver you want to be
That’s just my 2 cents, I hope you find it helpful
STOP! Let the little penguin cross your dash he has places to go.
To all the Cgs out there,
just a little word of advice. I don’t know if its the same with anyone else but for me, being the little in a cglre relationship, if my cg asks me a real question in little space it pulls me violently right out of it.
Not a question like “Is my baby hungry?” but anything you wouldn’t ask a baby like “ How long do you think I should cook this for?”
It snaps me right out of my happy little space cause then I have to think back to like an adult to help my partner and the sudden transition out of little space can even make me sad and upset sometimes.
So keep in mind while asking questions, would you ask a baby this? would a baby know the answer to this question?
Although there is nothing wrong with needing help from your partner, that’s what they are there for! But maybe try looking it up real quick for an answer first and then if you still have to ask them maybe try to ease them out of little space first if they are deep in it at the moment.
I hope sharing this could help someone ❤

Tips for Caregivers
🧸 Ask your little lots of questions about their favourite things
🚀 Be genuinely curious about what your little is up to and express an eagerness to be involved
🍼 Speak to your little in a soft, warm tone
💓 Call your little their favourite nicknames e.g. little one, sweetie
🎨 Stay near to your little to keep a watch over them and to be able to be interactive and supportive
🌷 Show you care about your little’s safety and so for example hold their hand or buckle them into the car
🧸 Make decisions for your little and take charge for example ordering for them or picking out their outfits
🚀 Always make your little feel loved whether this be through verbal reassurance or lots of affection such as head kisses and cuddles
🍼 Suggest your little go get their sippy cup or snack bowl for you to do refills
💓 If your little is showing excitement towards something then get excited with them
🎨 Know all your little’s favourites and remember their stuffies names
🌷 Praise is very key so always let your little know when they are doing a good job or compliment their work, art etc
🧸 Small things really matter to littles and so small gestures are really appreciated e.g. sending messages when you are thinking about them
🚀 Ask your little about their day and how they are feeling
🍼 It sounds simple but actually treat them like a little and speak and act around them as you would a child with the same age as their little age
💓 Keep your promises to your little especially pinky promises
🎨 Give them rewards but also discuss suitable punishments that your little is comfortable with
🌷 Make your little tasty foods suited for a little e.g. finger foods or general children meals
🧸 Choose out a cute little film and recommend you watch it together
🚀 Send your little recordings of your voice for them to be able to listen back to it when they are missing you or need comforting
🍼 Encourage your little to use a little space journal because this allows them to let out their feelings but also express their creative side
💓 Give your little some rules or chores
🎨 Create some daily routines for your little to follow
🌷 Using the three special questions before bed system by asking 1) What was your favourite part pf the day? 2) What was your least favourite part of the day? 3) What are you looking forward to tomorrow?
(^ Idea by @princess-of-crayons)
🧸 Always be sfw when your little has regressed into little space including no swear words
🚀 Make sure your little has completed all self-care tasks e.g. eaten veggies, taken meds, stayed hydrated, kept themselves clean
🍼 Get your little to make wish lists because this allows you to learn about your littles favourite things and when you want to surprise them you can buy some stuff from the list
💓 Always make sure that pacis, bottles and cutlery are washed and cleaned
🎨 Surprises are the best whether it’s new little gear or surprise trips out
🌷 Set your little some fun worksheets to complete
🧸 Always have things on hand for when things go wrong e.g. character plasters for ouchies, small teddy for when your little gets upset
🚀 Honestly just know as much about your little as possible
🍼 Little’s need lots of attention! I cannot stress the importance of this point enough

Good afternoon cuties!
I hope everyone is having a fantastic day! Let’s make sure the rest of our day goes well too.
⛅️Afternoon Checklist!⛅️
Drank enough water? If you didn’t drink much today that’s okay! Let’s get some water now and drink up. Use a bottle, sippy, or cute cup to make you feel small if you’d like.
Ate a meal or two? If not, let’s try and get a meal in for dinner. Make sure to get all the food groups included if you can! That’s grains, veggies, protein, fruits, and dairy. Below is a helpful guide!
Is your room/area tidy? If it is, great job sweetheart! If it’s a little messy, don’t worry about it hun. If you have the energy to put some things away let’s try to do it! A nice clean space sets your mind at ease.
Any thing else you have to do little one? Make sure to write it down so you don’t forget. If you don’t get it completed today, that’s perfectly okay! Just make sure to write it down for tomorrow or whenever you get the chance to do it.
Remember, what ever you were able to do today you deserve a hug and a pat on the back! You’ve made it through half the day, now it’s time to make it through the rest.
Good job cuties!

Little-Meal-Ideas!
Now, I know that sometimes it’s hard for some littles to plan out healthy meals or snacks through out the day, so I thought I’d make a list for you guys of what I personally love eating in little space
1. Baby carrots
2.Celery
3. Toast and peanut butter, jam, or cream cheese
4. Oatmeal and brown sugar
5. Applesauce (this makes me feel the most little)
6. Small bags of popcorn
7. Chicken nuggets (I eat the vegan ones)
8. Tofu with veggies/chicken or turkey if you aren’t vegan
Please remember, these are meals that I personally eat, and you don’t at all have to follow! I just know how hard it can be to eat in little space when my head is destructed with toys and stuffies haha!
The average adult should consume 2500 calories per day please don’t starve just because your mind is occupied on other things! ❤️❤️
