Wicked Design Problem #2
Overpopulation on our small little planet needs to be considered more often than it is. We have finite resources that we are blowing through. Although for the first time, at least in America, the younger generations are choosing to have way fewer kids and hopefully this trend will help with the issue of overpopulation.
The other way this affects all of us is when it comes to urban expansion. Overpopulation means more houses needed and more infrastructure, which slowly destroys our natural world. The more people there are are, the more homes and roads and food we need, but demand is far outreaching supply at this point, which also raises prices and makes simple living rather difficult for those of us that are already living here.
