LOCATION:   SEATTLE POLICE STATION

image two: holding cells.  keys for the cells are kept in a safe that would soldiers have the code for. this location is necessary for safer rest during the night,  but serves as its traditional purpose too.

image three: staff room.  this area is the cleanest,  with comfortable furniture placed and a generator that can be powered up for lights / heat.  its forbidden to use the power without groups of five or more.
