my tips for f4st!ng <3
1. distract yourself! if you're at home i'll admit this is a little hard, but it IS very helpful :)) clean your room! do your makeup! do your nails! listen to music! make playlists! call your friends! make your bed! organize!
2. try on clothes that are too small for you! this one gets me the most, it's rlly triggering knowing that you aren't there yet (at least for me)
3. look at th!!!nsp000! i prefer looking it up on here or pinterest!
4. make lists of clothing you want to buy at your gw, if you f4st maybe you'll actually be able to fit into them one day
5. sleep!!! this one is the hardest for me lolz :p but you can't feel hungry if you're asleep :)
6. go on a walk! go walk around your neighborhood! or walk up and down your stairs! walk in circles in your room! it burns c4l0r!3s & distracts you :))
7. drink water!!! when you first wake up drink water, when you feel hungry drink water, when you feel tired drink water, when you want to quit drink water
8. stay away from the kitchen! the food in there is gross anyways & you don't need it! if you're not around food you won't want it as much!
9. dye your hair! this is usually very time consuming & will most likely take your mind off food
10. paint your nails! i know i included this earlier but i feel like it includes its own section :)) if your nails are wet you can't really eat food.
11. keep a reminder of your w3!ght! if you have a mirror in your room write your w3!ght on it, constantly remind yourself that's how much you w3!gh.
12. write your w3!ght on your hand! any time you go to grab food you'll see it and remember why you're doing this, how far you've come and how much farther you have to go.

Fasting Activities for the Bored Princesses <3
fasting is tricky because you have to be active enough not to be hungry but not too active in order not to faint here’s some things you can do on a slow fast day

• Draw, Paint, Express
i did a post about drawing your ultimate self, your own thinspo, cool thing is that you don’t need any skills
it’s not meant to be beautiful to anybody, it’s meant to represent how you feel or what you wanna look like
if you really put your heart into it, it should kill at least 1 or 2 hours
• Tidy your clothes
i’m pretty sure there are clothes you would never wear again looking at you from the chair in the corner
clothes the new you would certainly never even look at, why keep them?? in order to receive new, you have to get rid of the old, same as what we’re doing here, to receive your rocking body you gotta get rid of the 5 years old fat clinging onto you
who knows? you might find clothes that you forgot and that resonate with who youre gonna be :)
• Make Yourself Pretty, Do a Photoshoot!
one thing i always used to love was putting makeup on and take pictures!
trying to recreate baddie pics i saw on pinterest or ig
sometimes i would end posting them, sometimes not but at the end it made me feel so good feeling so pretty and put together for a moment
instead of lying like a whale in my bed looking at pretty people, i decided to let myself be a pretty girl
find a picture you love, the aesthetic, the lighting, the clothes of the person, the environment and try to recreate it! as an artist— i promise that being creative does way more good to your mind than scrolling on your phone
• Meal Prep!
okay this one is for the strongest lol
but meal prepping will help you be conscious about not binging— when you break a fast, your body will suddenly try to compensate all the calories it didn’t consume (and needed) when you were fasting
be like nikocado : 2 steps ahead
already have your fast break meal ready AND balanced so you’re less prone to binging
have a good amount of everything, protein, carbs, fibers, and even fat (good fat, go take half an avocado not popeyes tenders), and sugar
most of us binge on sugar, eat your savory meal FIRST, then have a piece of chocolate or a rice cake with something sweet on it
but you still binge after following that, don’t be hard on yourself, take accountability, realize you’re gonna reach your goals no matter what and move on <3
• Explore Your City
i’m pretty sure the 10k steps you allegedly walked today was on the very same path and block you’ve known for months, YEARS!
walking more is way more easy when you’re exploring a new place, i think i responded to one person in my comments about this
make your daily uninteresting walk an adventure!
make a commitment to encounter a fairy with one blue wing and one pink wing, and walk straight ahead until you see her— or whatever thing you wanna chase lol
during your adventure, you could even find new spots to take aesthetic pics!
find parks in your city that youve neve been in and make a commitment to walk 20 min in each
let’s be honest— it’s boring to walk just because you wanna burn the calories you just binged so make it fun
last time i did my walk in a new park, i encountered this guy, out of jail not long ago, talking about abducting like in 365 dni💀 (thats some pretty skinny girl privilege) you never know who you might meet by getting out of your comfort environment

the side where you look like your old thinspö, the side where you don’t even search for thinspö anymore, you know that side where you can just grab the smallest size at the store and know it’s gonna perfectly fit you, that very side where you need someone to hold you because the wind keeps pushing you in every direction (not fun when it pushes you on the road but it’s still a flex), that side where you feel so good about yourself, looking at the mirror and loving what you see,
yeah i plan on crossing over to this side, normally i’ll see you there— ciao bella

i wanna be ridiculously thin to the point where people get concerned but still think i’m as beautiful as 2000s VS angel
