There had been so much talk about Toy Town. Vempyremon never really thought it to be an ideal place for her to ever really visit. As fun as it seemed, curiosity took over. She had no choice but to see what the commotion was about. Toys, lots of toys; thatâs what she had assumed. Colorful blocks of nonsense, happiness and absurdities.
Although, there was a time when she tagged alongside a tiny Dorumon to check the place out! Boy, did that trip turn out to be an eventful one. It was not pleasant, nor was it really unpleasant.
Still, it was best to give the place another shot. This timeâŠalone.
Approaching the gates of Toy Town, Vempyremon could not help but feel as if something was wrong. Perhaps, it was the uncomfortable presence left from the last time she had visited.
Stepping through, it was empty. Eerily empty. The only thing that might have caught her eye was the flying ToyAgumonâs head that sailed through the sky by an unknown force. Staring, mouth nearly agape, the Virus couldnât help but mouth the words âWhat theâŠâ to herself. This wasâŠnew.
Traveling further through town, something much larger grabbed her attention. Much larger, and purple.
Just what exactly was going on here? Some sort of stage, a Gekomon with legos crammed into its mouth, and whatever the heck that yellow thing was near the chairs.
âIâmâŠâ Vempyremon stuttered. âI-I take it Toy Town is under some kind of renovations today, then.â
Parade blinked a bit at the question, dropping the hammer to the floor, it was clear he was the one who lobbed the poor toy because his arms were still hung out over the edge of the stage
"Renovations?! Heavens no, this is an audition!" The Cherubimon insisted his thick hand gesturing to the poorly scrawled sign hung over the stage. He finished his speech by tapping a block of a toy Agumon off the side of the stage "toy town is quite open today."
He tried to reassure the Vampiric Digimon patting the air in front of himself in a 'hold up' motion with both his hands pressed into the air as if attempting to push it back "I am a performer! But I felt I might need an assistant... These ones won't do, they're... Well, frankly speaking, they're very broken, I don't suppose you would be willing to give it a try?"
The rabbit asked he had never seen such a Digimon before... Such an interesting creature, his eyes running along her figure before giving his head a rattle, he hopped back some both his hands swinging to space beside him invitingly, his hop wasnât hop like at all more a slightly violent bob as his feet never seemed to touch the floor.
