It took me a bit to think about this, at first my instinct was to say “Darius isn’t a mindless meathead” but I’m pretty sure new lore and comics have kind of established that. And you’ll probably disagree with me on this (I’ve kinda steeped in my own headcanons and nonsense, please forgive), but I still don’t think his devotion to Noxus is all encompassing. Not to say it’s a fleeting thing, but I think there are situations, or perhaps people, who could challenge it if it came to that. Not just anything on a whim or some sort of sappy thing, as fun as that is in roleplay, but I think as obnoxious as he is, if it came down to it, he’d probably choose his brother over Noxus (but begrudge him for it, for a long time). But I mean, that’s a life/death sort of situation, but I can also see Draven somehow getting himself into that situation if he got bored with his current situation. There are probably other limited situations, but I think he’s too dynamic to be hit with such a one-note character trait.
