What's an average day like at the phoenix? Are there any particular rules different to Rhodes?

Umm you can go in your bedrooms umm you don't get watched whilst peeing, pooping or showering, you get some choice on what foods you want to eat ect obvs not like "I want veg for every meal" because that's silly, you're aloud your phones and wifi, it's a collaborative place that work with you not against, the Phoenix only really works for people who want to get better otherwise they just transfer you to Rhodes or Ellern Mede.

Do you want recovery now? You deserve it so much. How has Phoenix helped more than Rhodes? X

Sort of and it helped me personally and some people find Rhodes helped more it's different for different people but for me Phoenix helped the most and J said if I ever go backwards then Phoenix is the most likely option c

How has your admission at the phoenix gone so far lovely? I've been to both Rhodes and phoenix and know they're not easy going but I really hope you've received the help you desperately needed. Best wishes xoxo
