There is too much hate associated with the Internet and we don’t need anymore of that. It an awful feeling to wake up or login and see hate in your ask. I know the feeling just as I’m sure many other rpers do and yanno what? It sucks.

I’ve seen so many GREAT and FANTASTIC rpers get hate. It blows my mind what people can say about other’s writing when they likely don’t write themselves. Roleplaying is for fun. It’s not to be judged or about how quality your blog is. Everyone is different and everyone’s character is special. There’s no reason to tear them down because they’re not ‘completely canon’. This goes for Original Characters as well stop assuming they’re all Mary Sues they’re not. I know plenty of original characters who are just as fucking brilliant as the canon rpers. It takes time and effort to create an Original Character respect their effort. Everyone is trying. Roleplay shouldn’t be a popularity contest.

So as of now I’m starting a “stop the hate” thingy I guess. If you see someone getting hate make an effort to say something about it or make their day better. The good can out weigh the bad. There’s too many people who stop rping because of anon hate.

I’m tagging all my anti-anon hate posts as Stoprphate. Let’s start a trend and show anons they don’t have power over us.
