Hearing a small commotion, Sean made his way toward it. He could hear people babbling about a doctor and calling for help. He pushed through to see someone sitting on the ground holding their ankle. He could see scratches and some bleeding as well, “I’m a doctor. What happened?” He was right into action as he stooped down.

It happened in a mere minutes, a car colliding with another car then a piercing gunshot echoing the morning sky. When a young woman regain conscious she stumbled out of the car. Disoriented and dazed at her surrendering until the sight of blood gasp her attention. The worst fear shaken her soul, the sight of her mother laying in her own paddle of blood. “M-mum..”

People started crowding around the lifeless body, some guided the girl away but she fought them, “Mum!” She screamed. Blood ran down her face, but she did not care. She just wanted to see her mother.

Getting down by the woman on the ground he started to assess her. True he was mostly meant to help children but for a good portion of his career he had practiced in the E.R division and surgical. He was busy at work now as he tried to figure out if there was any hope left.

He began CPR to work on getting a pulse. He looked up and around him. "I need someones help!" He needed pressure on the wound or else blood would continue to be lost far too quick. It was hard doing this work without the proper equipment or people, but he sure as hell was going to try his best.
